1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl1110 ("jl1110," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl1110 online gaming platform accessible at jl1110.club, including all associated games, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active jl1110 account. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl1110 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify jl1110 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

jl1110 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) 100. jl1110 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or through third-party payment intermediaries not listed above.

All funds deposited into your jl1110 account must be derived from lawful sources. jl1110 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and its implementing rules and regulations. Suspected suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

Deposit transactions are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. jl1110 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges for which jl1110 is not responsible.

jl1110 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account restriction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made by verified account holders with a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your jl1110 account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (08:00–22:00 PHT) are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to four (4) hours;
• Requests submitted outside processing hours will be handled on the next available business cycle;
• jl1110 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

jl1110 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jl1110 will notify the affected player and provide an estimated resolution timeline where possible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jl1110 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms: (a) bonuses may not be withdrawn directly and must meet wagering requirements first; (b) only one bonus may be active per account at any time; (c) bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent; (d) jl1110 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and related winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted without prior written consent from jl1110.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl1110 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (c) any loss of data or account information; (d) any unauthorized access to your account; or (e) any actions or omissions of third-party service providers.

jl1110's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl1110 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl1110 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jl1110 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within required timeframes;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than verified breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. jl1110 operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and dispute resolution procedures.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on record or via a prominent notice on the jl1110 Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jl1110 support.
